Winemaker Michael Lancaster and Chef Brenda LaNoue present three new wine releases alongside traditional and nontraditional food pairings.

You've found the perfect bottle of wine--but what will you serve with it? Or maybe you've labored over a gorgeous meal, but have no idea which wine to pull from your cellar in accompaniment. Wine and food pairing is an art, and one that involves experimentation.

At this seminar, join winemaker Michael Lancaster and Chef Brenda LaNoue on an exploration of the senses. Taste three new release wines, each alongside two tapas-sized pairings--one traditional and one nontraditional. Relax in our cellar-turned-lounge as you enjoy expert perspective and fine company, too.

Cost of $55 ($40 Corrugated Club members) covers all of the above, plus a taste of the full Tin Barn wine list. Group size is limited to 12 people. Course runs during three time slots: 11:00-12:30 p.m., 1:00-2:30 p.m., and 3:00-4:30 p.m. Please email us to indicate your preferred time slot.
