On three Fridays in early spring, Ram's Gate Winery launches a new series of wine-inspired cooking classes, each one centered around a newly released wine from the spring collection and led by Ram's Gate Executive Chef Taylr Behnam.

5:30pm Taste.
The evening begins with a guided tasting of the featured wine and a brief demonstration by Chef Taylr of techniques you will use to create your perfectly paired meal. She'll also spill some proverbial beans on her own philosophies behind pairing wine with food.

6:00pm Cook.
Rich with talent and passion - and just a pinch of dry wit - Chef Taylr will guide you in small groups towards the execution of the evening's meal. She'll be by your side to guide you, the evening meal is in your small group's able hands!

7:15pm Enjoy.
The evening culminates in a family-style feast of the group's very own wine-and-food-paired creations. Cheers!
