Cioppino (chuh-pee-noh) was developed in San Francisco (our big-city backyard) by the Italian and Portuguese fishermen who settled in the North Beach section of San Francisco in the late 1800’s. In honor of these creative epicureans, we’re excited to host our annual Cioppino & Vino Fest again this year. An event featuring a Sparkling wine and hors d’oeuvres reception, a delicious cooking demonstration and a lunch of cioppino creations from our winery chefs paired with Viansa wines, it’s an annual party that grows bigger and bigger each year, creating quite the buzz from locals and visitors from afar. The ultimate party for foodies (and those aspiring to be), it’s a lots of energy; eat with your fingers, tantalizing event not to miss.
