WINEMAKER DINNER: MAYO FAMILY WINERY AT RAMEKINS Thursday, July 15 6:30 - 9:30 pm Ramekins Since 1993 the Mayo Family Winery has been producing single-vineyard wines from two facilities in Glen Ellen. Mayo Winery president Jeffrey H. Mayo is bringing some of these exclusive varietals to Ramekins for one of our signature Winemaker Dinner Cooking Classes. Ramekins Executive Chef Joe Vitale has created a decadent menu to pair with Mayo wines. Chef Vitale will share his approach to Sonoma County Cuisine as he demonstrates each course and explains the use of wine as a focal point ingredient or as an accompaniment to a dish.
